Eligibility and agreement
Atagm is for UK residents aged 18 or over. By creating an account or guest session you confirm this eligibility and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you cannot make those confirmations.
Entertainment only
Atagm is a free social casino. Play Credits are fictional, have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed. There are no deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or prizes of value. No game result creates a right to payment.
Your account
Provide accurate eligibility and account information, choose a strong private password and keep account access secure. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person or create accounts to circumvent a confirmed break or a restriction. Tell Support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Game and credit rules
The server records game outcomes and credit activity. Game rules and allowable credit amounts are available in each game. Daily grants and refills have eligibility conditions and cooldowns. An interrupted display does not cancel a recorded round; use the saved result or contact Support with its reference.
Acceptable use
Do not exploit software defects, automate excessive requests, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content or attempt to access another player’s data. Do not misrepresent fictional credits as something with monetary or transferable value.
Content and intellectual property
Atagm branding, original artwork and site content are provided for personal use of this service. Game content is used with the applicable authorisation. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute software or artwork.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be maintained or become temporarily unavailable. We may correct errors and investigate improper credit activity. We may restrict access where needed to protect the service or enforce these rules. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the effective date.
Account closure and breaks
You may delete your account through its settings after confirming your password. A confirmed play break immediately restricts account use for the selected period and cannot be shortened. Necessary security and support records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Contact and your rights
Send questions or disputes through Support and keep the request reference. Describe the issue and relevant game or account details without including a password. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact care@atagm.com.
